Registration Fees

• Oral presentation: 50 Euro (VAT included), 200 TL for participants from universities in Turkey.
• Poster presentation: 50 Euro (VAT included); in vertical A1 size, 150 TL for participants from universities in Turkey.
• Listeners: 50 Euro (VAT included) 100 TL for participants from universities in Turkey.
• Virtual presentation: 50 Euro (VAT included) 200 TL for participants from universities in Turkey.
• Co-authors of the papers who want to attend the conference physically: 50% of payments.

Payment for the symposium will be made until the camera ready article uploads.

• Prices, shown above, are valid for a presenter of the publication. If other authors of the publication want to attend the conference, they should pay for the price of co-author. 

• Each presenter can present up to 2 publications (poster and/or oral) for the prices above. Presenters who would like to present up to 2 publications should pay extra 25 percent for each publications.

• Each certificate will include one the terms of "Oral Presentation", "Poster Presentation" or "Listener" according to your registration fee.

• Registration fee covers the entrance for all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials and one copy of the proceedings CD.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
